Crystal Valley Estate

Crystal Valley Estate is situated at an altitude of 985 meters in the Biligiri village of Somwarpet taluk in North Coorg. The rocky terroir paired with an average rainfall of 70 inches/ year and hot summers with windy and heavy showers during monsoons adds to the distinct character and flavour to the coffees nurtured here. The Estate was bought by Mr. I.M. Mandappa, who was working for Consolidated Coffee (now TATA coffee). After the demise of I.M. Mandappa the estate was taken over by his son Mr. Mac Machaiah, who was then working in a kibbutz in Israel. With his gentle charm and warmth that radiates through the coffee estate, he nurtures and produces some of the finest coffees.

Malakodu Estate

Malakodu Estate, a third-generation farm, blends Coorg’s rich farming heritage with modern agricultural practices. Originally rice farmers, the family began growing coffee in 1952 and now cultivates both Arabica and Robusta varieties under shade, preserving the area’s biodiversity.
Farming Practices:
Using traditional washing and sun-drying methods, Malakodu produces coffee intercropped with pepper, cardamom, and Coorg mandarin.

Kogilahalla Estate

Kogilahalla Estate is among the rare farms still growing the heritage Kent Arabica, dating back to India’s first coffee seeds. Every year, ripe Kent cherries are handpicked, pre-fermented, and sun-dried, creating a rich, wine-like complexity with natural sweetness.

Palace Field Estate

Palace Field Estate is a fourth-generation farm led by a father-son duo, Sunil Somaiah and Rajan Appanna. Located in the historic hamlet of Haleri, this estate has overcome landslides and other challenges, emerging stronger and focused on sustainable practices. Known for its diverse canopy and intercropped plants that attract vibrant wildlife, this estate produces coffee as unique as its ecosystem. Each cup brings a refreshing taste of resilience and tradition, making it a truly special brew.

Riverside Estate

The Riverside Estate was founded by Chendanda Karumbayya on the serene banks of River Cauvery in the picturesque town of Siddapura in Coorg. With a great passion to share our produce from Coorg, five generations of hard work for 100+ years have gone into creating a sustainable, high quality coffee producing heirloom. Estate produces aromatic Arabica and Robusta coffee amongst thriving flora and fauna.
