Project Kaapi Return & Refund PolicyAt Project Kaapi, we serve freshly roasted and authentic coffee to ensure quality and freshness. Unless the packaging is tampered with or damaged, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Please see our full policy below for clarity.

Return Eligibility
  • Eligible Conditions: Returns are accepted only if items are in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@kaapiration.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.Returns must be sent to:

Damages & IssuesPlease inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at info@kaapiration.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will address any issues to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.

ExchangesThe quickest way to ensure you get your preferred item is to return the original item after initiating a return request. Once accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off PeriodIf your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

RefundsAfter receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that bank or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@kaapiration.com.
